Additional Services
- We also offer two desktop services. Both can include a telephone or video consultation with the Insured:
-
-
- Desktop survey is a non-visit alternative to the more conventional site-visit survey. This offers underwriters more understanding of the risk at times when site visits might not be possible. A desktop survey involves a detailed discussion with the Insured and may include a request for further documentation such as electrical inspection certificates or copies of health and safety policy statements and risk assessments, so that these can be more closely scrutinized by the surveyor.
- Desktop review of existing documentation enables paperwork and reports already provided to insurers, underwriting agencies and or brokers to be reviewed by one of our team.
-
- We offer a short format property survey, short format commercial combined survey and short format liability survey. These are abbreviated versions of the above survey formats.
- We conduct a full QA check on every survey report we issue – this is not a cursory glance but a full critical audit to ensure the report both meets our standards and as is good as it can be. This is a significant investment in our time but our clients value this highly as our competitors mostly do not conduct QA checks to this extent and/or depth.
- We have expertise and experience in golf club risk management.
- We offer a Risk Improvement follow-up service. We can discuss the completion of action points with brokers and or the Insured, and can provide advice to all parties with regards to the compliance with the action points made.
